It can sometimes be convenient to trigger Redux actions by user input. But fine-grained inputs such as panning and scrolling can cause actions to trigger many times a second, putting a strain on limited resources and impacting application performance.

This problem can be eliminated by debouncing actions, i.e. ‘grouping’ multiple sequential calls into one.
